East Bay Cottage is a spacious home less than a half mile from Historic Downtown Georgetown. A quaint town with rich history and great food. Enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch as the sun rises over the Winyah Bay or a walk around East Bay Park.

East Bay Cottage sleeps 8 comfortably. On the main upper level, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large sliding glass door looking at an amazing view. The second bedroom has a Full / Double bed and a large window with a view. The bonus room has a queen size Murphy bed. The 2nd bed and bonus room share the main bath off the hall. The kitchen, dining room and living room offer a spacious open area for large family gatherings or cozy romantic couple getaway. On the Ground floor the apartment has a separate outside access and access into the garage and laundry area. The apartment has a kitchenette, not set up for use, but ideal for sitting and socializing along with a separate sleeping area with a queen size bed and a private bathroom.
